1. Submit Activation Request File, which is generated in the software.
   
2. Easypano will send an Activation License File to your email address.
   
3. Import the Activation License File into the software and reactivate.
   

Note: Some public email address as hotmail, gmail may possibly block the reply from Easypano. In order to guarantee the Activation Request File can reach you on time, you are allowed to enter two email addresses. The ALF will be sent to both email boxes simultaneously.
