1. JVM Auto Detection Solution
   The current edition of Tourweaver 1.25 publishes virtual tours as java applet, so a Microsoft JVM or Sun JVM is needed to view the tours. But many computers, for example windows XP, do not have a JVM installed by default, customers have to download and install a microsoft JVM or a sun JVM themselves. We figure out a temporary solution of JVM auto-detector, however not ideal one. It is your choice to use it or not.
   You may try the following method:
   1. First download the j2sdk1.4.2 at Sun Website:

   2. Open the "bin" folder in the root directory, then double click the file "HtmlConverter.exe".
   3. Convert all the published files of Tourweaver.
   4. Finally put the converted files on your website, when your customers click to view the virtual tours, a JVM auto installer will pop up.
   
2. Website Problem
   In order to accelerate the download speed of our website and provide better service to our customers, we decide to move Easypano website to the Deticated Server in the USA. Our website will close down from 0:00 GMT 27-11-2004 to 24:00 GMT 27-11-2004. And in the next 4 or 5 days, you may sometimes have difficulty visiting our website due to a DNS problem.
