Best to contact support@easypano.com and wait for a reply.

I have never seen that error warning before.

Maybe you do not have enough (hard drive) free space available or you are trying to write to an external drive?

I have same issue with my ASUS 6 core i7 64G DDR3 and 300G free SSD space on my hard drive. If I keep hitting "ok" it will sometimes power through the stitching, sometimes not. Seems to work ok on occasion it's no error but this is 1 out of 10 attempts. Does the same thing whether it is 30 120M tiff files or 9 .5M jpegs.....drivin me crazy! I've tried 32 and 64 bit installs.....
