I need MrotatorTCPShort & Manfrotto 190CL

- I already own the EOS 20D
- I purchased the Sigma 8mm f/4.0 EX Circular Fisheye Autofocus Lens for Canon EOS from
http://www.zoommania.com/ for $518 including shipping.

Can someone verify that I need the MrotatorTCPShort: and the Manfrotto 190CL with the use of Panoweaver 4.0 and my above listed hardware.. and does anyone know where we can purchase the MrotatorTCPShort: and the Manfrotto 190CL at a reputable US dealer at a fair price?

Thanks in advance.

The MrotatorTCPS is the correct panohead. You purchase directly from the manufacturer www.agnos.com in Italy. All of us here who use the MrotatorTCPS have purchased direct. Delivery is normally 10 days regular or 3 days UPS. Who knows if you mention Smooth sent you, you might just receive a discount!

Smooth:  As suggested, I am browsing through past threads.  I had the same question as this member but did not get the answer.  Do you know where we can purchase the Manfrotto 190CL?

I don't use a Manfrotto 190CL myself but here in Australia we have a distributor who sells under the URL www.manfrottoshop.com.au

I'm sure you will find a supplier in your area by searching Google. Keyword = Manfrotto 190CL or look up the resellers on www.manfrotto.com even Ebay!

You might like to look at other brands also. Gitzo, Velbon etc.

Never feel you are limited to your own country. The Internet has made the world a very small place and with UPS and FedEx your goods take no time to arrive.

Smooth:  I have been searching the web and keep being told that the Manfrotto is also the Bogen 3001D.  If this is the case, would you be able to tell me if this is the tripod that I am looking for?  There are about three listed through this company with the same number.  It's a bit confusing and since I am new to this system, I just want to make sure that I am getting what I am supposed to:  http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=222313&is=REG&addedTroughType=search

Manfrotto are sold in the USA under the branding Bogen that is correct. The rest of the world knows them always as Manfrotto.

Mr Bogen (US Businessman) was a financial investor with the (Italian) Mr Manfrotto who did Photography products. Alas, from the early days all Manfrotto products were re-badged Bogen for re-sale in the USA.

The Bogen 3001D shown in your link appears to be a good tripod for use with panorama heads and photography.
