Questions about EasyPano


My biz partner and I are starting a virtual tour company in the US and we have some questions that you may be able to help with. 

1.  How is EasyPano's Tech Support?  Are the reliable?  Available 24 hours?  Answer questions quickly?

2.  Is the hardware set up with the Coolpix line of camera's any good?  Specifically, the 8700 series of Nikon.

3.  How often does the company release new software?  Once a year?  Longer?

4.  Is the software easy to use?  Problems or glitches with the software?

Thanks for any help with the questions and any help with additional info.

1) Good products don't need support :-)
2) Its a starting point
3) Not to often
4) Donwload the trial

I usually read through the forums of the company to get an idea of the product.

If you see lots of questions about the product it might not be so good and/or complicated.

1) The forums are the main line of support but email support is available

2) Good enough to get you going and Panoweaver and Tourweaver will handle the shots

3) Major upgrades have been about 18 months apart. Release dates are listed elsewhere on the Easypano website.

4) If you can't work out Easypano products to produce a virtual tour give up. It's easy to work with. (maybe with some forum support for common mistakes.) Download the trials.
