Lens and Agnos questions

Is Sigma 8mm the preferred lens vs. Nikkor? Is it because you take 4 shots vs. 6?

Also, Agnos has the Mrotator Ring T for the Sigma. Is this better than the mRotator TCPs?

Thanks,
eagle

There is not a huge difference between the new Sigma 8mm and the Nikkor 10.5mm and the 10.5mm requires 8 images not 6 where as the Sigma can cover it in 4 images.

The RingT can be fitted to the MrotatorTCPS (or ordered that way) it is a better system because you leave the lens fitted to the RingT (so NPP stays in place) Only once your have set it in the first place though!

If you want slightly better image quality go with the 10.5mm and get use to shooting 8 images (6+TB). The Sigma F/3.5 8mm really isn't that far behind and a lot less work. If you really wanted too you could shoot 6+TB with it also.

Sample: Canon 5D, Sigma 8mm, Agnos MrotatorTCPS (3 Shots only) because of the Canon 5D full frame sensor. View Sample Panorama
