Cannon 30D and 10/22mm

Hi, I do have a EOS 30D ( Cannon) and 10/22mm wide angle, and I would like to know if is that possible to use this equipment to take photos and stitch with panoweaver5. I think that somewhere in panoweaver web site this wide angle is recomended as one of the right lens, but it seems doesn't work at all.

Thanks

Can you explain in more detail exactly what is happening when you try it?
What kind of rotor head are you using?
Nikon D300, D3s, Nikon 10.5 lens, RingT105N+Footplate+MrotatorTCPs, Giottos MT9261 Tripod, Manfrotto 410 Jr geared head.

If you know the "secret" then everyday is a good day!

Are you making sure the lens is set at 10mm and that auto focus is turned off?

You must be shooting with the camera in portrait position and you must have the camera and lens fitted to a panorama head that is set up so that you are rotating around the No Parallax Point (NPP)

Panoweaver will stitch these images but you cannot include a Zenith or Nadir shots.

You need to explain exactly what you are doing for people to offer better assistance.

You cannot close the Zenith and Nadir with this lens and Panoweaver 5.0

Although you could possible fake it by converting to cube faces and using Photoshop you could either patch, clone or overlay an image.

If you wish to use Panoweaver for stitching and you want true 360x180 you will need a DSLR Fisheye lens that Panoweaver supports. I.E: Sigma 4.5mm, Sigma 8mm, Peleng 8mm, Sigma 10mm, Tokina 10-17mm Zoom, Canon 15mm or Nikon 10.5mm, Nikon 16mm.
