How Photography helped me chose my professional career?
Hello, I am a professional designer myself and in the free time, I cover various photography events like weddings, occasional parties, art galleries and corporate dinners, etc. Today, I have joined this forum to share my life experience with you guys for how photography helped me in choosing the right profession for my career. First of all, let me be very honest here about my past, I was the dumbest child in my family and I used to wear optical glasses since a very young age. Got no interest in playing outside nor hanging out with friends or cousins. All I had to do was to read books and as a fun activity, all I do was to create paint sketches whether complete or incomplete. So when I was in the high-school at the age of 19 I met a girl named Judi who used to behave very nice and polite with me and all.
She was a professional photographer and was doing it from the age of 14, not as a profession but she knew all the camera modes and adjustments. In short, we became friends and she taught me how to use the camera modes and filters to adjust the picture backgrounds and by the time I learned all of it. Plus, I started searching the internet for the cameras and photography modes and within very short time, I got trained with covering pictures according to the amount of light and scenes. Now I work in a professional logo design company as a visual artist as well as cover photography events in my free-time. Thanks to Judi who helped me at that time when I was a numb and dull boy.
