Well-done EP support team

I would like to give credit where's it's due to the EP support team.

I needed to activate a second copy of PW5 on my laptop for an important assignment but could not because I had not transferred a license from an older pc I reformatted the hard drive on. This was my fault, but within a few e-mails and 20 minutes I was up and running with the problem sorted.

Hi Paul

I think it is great to hear success stories like yours. We often get so carried away when something goes wrong where we don't hesitate to complain. But often we forget to show our support and appreciation when it goes well.

I too have a lot of positive experiences with the EP support, and it was incredible helpfull when I started doing panoramas and Virtual Tours!
