Here is a stitch of your first posted images where the NPP is wrong the camera settings are wrong and the NN180 set is wrong.

Turn the T20 around so the camera can go further back on the NN180 arm.
The first image on your page you have the camera on backwards!
Second image the camera is pointing the right way.
The numbers are important so you know your starting position and then rotational position. "0" should be where your camera is pointing straight ahead. You take the "small" thumb screw out and put this in the appropriate hole for either the 3 shot (120 degrees) or 4 shot (90 degrees) this way the click stop will be accurate.
