I am familiar with awstats. (someday I would like to figure out how to use it on our server).

bandwidth is zero?  Hmm you must have exhausted your monthly bandwidth allocation.  I read somewhere that the bandwidth metering is not really accurate.  It just keeps metering and when you reach your maximum.. you are charged for the overage.

If the cable is cut, or router is turned off, that is another way to have Zero bandwidth.

Maybe I do not know enough about your situation.

hey dave,

thanks for the reply.  from my research, it seems like some engine robots dont use bandwidths.

they say that the hosting is active and bandwidth is not over the limit
