Nikon 885 equipment

Ipix just mailed me to say they have no equipment in stock for this camera.

Is there anywhere else I can get a fisheye lens and rotator for the Nikon 885 and will it work just as good as the equipment from Ipix?

Thanks

Shame on you !

You should be ashamed of yourself ! Look at your own message one more time ...  "Ipix just mailed me to say they have no equipment in stock for this camera.  Is there anywhere else I can get a fisheye lens and rotator for the Nikon 885 and will it work just as good as the equipment from Ipix?"

Are you really such a person, that you seriously e-mail manufacturers of patented hard- and software and TRY to con yourself to their equipment, under false pretenses ?

Is this really how you folks think? You steal the tecnology (purchase the products) from iPIX but danm them to Hell for their licensing fees.

XIP-me,

Just like any conversation in which one person gets angry and yells, others will not want to participate. Your angry posts do not help to foster communication here and certainly do nothing to help validate your point (and it needs help btw).

I cannot understand what your point is. Please re-phrase or use correct grammar to begin with.

John,

I believe that his point is that many people say disparaging things about Ipix's marketing/licensing strategies, but then those same people want to benefit from other Ipix products such as the ratator to which you were referring.

Of course, the flaw with this line of thought being that they are mutually exclusive products and the use of an Ipix rotator, in no way, implies nor requires that you will use Ipix's software to stitch photos taken with it.

I agree... Hans,  I have been told that panoweaver 2 shot stitch does quite well as long as the two shots line up properly.
