Have you disabled the encryption?

Have you made sure your file and picture names only use a-z and 0-9 English characters without spaces or special symbols?

Did you only use Aerial or Times roman fonts?

Did you keep your file names relatively short say under 12 letters each?

1. Can't find where to set encrytion on or off!

2. file names only contain standard letters/numbers.

3. Not using any hints so font style doesn't apply, also can't find where to set the font.

4. File names are 12 or less characters with spaces.

This is using Tourweaver Standard Edition 1.25 Trial Version. No point in buying the stuff I'm satisfied it works!!

Encryption is set when publishing. Check Output parameters and you'll see some tick boxes. One of them is encryption.

HHmm... does anybody remember if the trial version actually allows publishing??

This problem occurs even at the preview stage and when publishing encryption is off as is cd autostart.
Its a bit disappointing

Graeme,

I'm sure it's a lot disappointing!

But the issue has to do with something in your set up or computer as many others use it without problem.

Have you tried installing and download a new clean version and reinstalling?

Hhmm.... the basic niggels have been covered... I'm kinda surprised that nothing works. Never had that problem myself. Have you had a word with support at Easypano??

Hi Savak,

Would you please send me the error message on the java console? Our technical person will have a further study.

If you use Microsoft VM, please click View>Java Console, then preview the virtual tour and send me the error message on the java console.

If you use Sun JVM, please click Tools>Sun Java Console and then preview the virtual tour.

Best regards, Jane.

Ok

This what I've done.

Computer Spec.
   Celeron 2.8
   256mb ram
   20gb harddisk (16gb free space)
Windows 200 Professional with latest Service packs etc.

Unistalled TourWeaver, Panoweaver and all versions of Java.

Re installed Panoweaver (which installed Java 2 Runtime Enviornment, SE v1.4.1_02) & Tourweaver.

Created a three scene virtual tour in Tourweaver, published (without the preview) saved and exited. No encryption, file names about 12 characters long, no non-english characters.
Started Internet Explorer (v6) opened saved tour page and got the error "Loading Java Appled Failed ...". The IE window shows a black screen with grey coloured window with a red 'X' in the top left corner.

Where have I gone wrong?

Surely it should be easy.
