Support Files | .vtp | .twTo say that I'm MAD, FRUSTRATED, READY TO THROW COMPUTER IN THE FRONT YARD, or what ever term you can come up with, would be an understatement right now.
TW4 needs some major work! To say the least.
I posted in the thread that the file output is not consistent and still have not heard from any one at Easypano what seems to be the problem.
I open a support file this morning to make a change and the scene name is there but no scene image. I then wanted to make another change with another tour and the tour "support file" is no where on my pc...and yes I saved it!
I purchased TW 1.3 pro back in 04 and have purchased every upgrade...now to the tune of around $1,000.00 USD. I am not going to redo every one of these tours in hopes that it will save and work.
Easypano has not answered very many questions about arising problems here. It seems to be left up to Smooth to provide an answer. I do hope that Easypano is providing some type of compensation for his services.
I have downloaded the latest version of TW4...maybe that's the problem. All I know is that I saved the support files and now one of them is not even located on my pc and the others have no scene images showing. Along with the fact that once up on a time when the tour was ready to publish the published files and folders were output however TW wanted to output...no consistency at all.
Please fix this piece of software ASAP. I have a clients that are ready for their product and I can do nothing.

Off to look for a virtual tour software that works!
