Thanks to EP staff

Hi all,

Given some comments in other threads I just want to say a big thanks to all the EP staff I've ever had to deal with.  I've found them prompt, helpful and courteous.  I've experienced them through the products I've bought - TW1.3, TW3, TW4, PW3, PW4, MW1 and MW2.

The recent Flash problem isn't something, I believe, to do with EP but rather it is to do with Adobe.
