The popup window loading from hotspots not working in HTML5 publishing (Tourweaver 7 Pro Mac)

I'm doing a virtual tour from hotspots (Tourweaver 7.0 Pro Mac version) and I have a big problem. I can´t get the popup window display in HTML5 and instead works perfectly in the Flash version.

Do I have to set the action for the button / image in some special way to make it work in HTML5?

Can anybody help me?

Could you provide us with more detail? What is your product version?

Was there any notification when you see that does notwork?

Could you provide the link of your tour?

It is suggested that you send us the publish file andthe project; we will check it for you. Please send your project toeasypanofile@gmail.com via www.wetransfer.com.

Hi Ricky

First I will try to upgrade to version 7.00.121102. When I upgrade version i will publish again on HTML5 and if it doesn´t work I will send you the project via wetransfer so you can review it.

my product version is Tourweaver 7.0 for Mac and there is no notificacion. The problem is the popup does not load from hotspots action on scene (only in HTML5 publishing. Swf version works perfectly)

Thanks for your answer!

Best regards
