For those who can't get HTML5 Tour from Tourweaver to work

I got so frustrated with the HTML5 oputput that doesn't seem to work on any smartphones at all, that I downloaded the trial version of 3DVista and made a tour using the same photos as the tour TW Support is ignoring

Can some one with an iPhone or iPad tell me if this 3DVista tour works on their phone

compare it to this HTML5 only tour from Tourweaver

Please check the link above on your iOS devices to test whether it works. I tested your virtual tour link on iPhone and iPad and the tour does work. Your project is also received and I simply edited the project and create the link above. If necessary, I can send the project and published files.

Jack, regarting the 2SunsetMesa link

The Tourweaver Tour DOES NOT AutoPlay through all the images

The Tourweaver Tour DOES NOT Display the TextBox content after the first image

So I don't know what iPhone and iPad you used, but the tour does not work right and the Help Files are inaccurate, saying

Still image is not
support in HTML5

even in the latest update of TW7.9

Very strange. It seems that we need to consider to send an working iOS device for testing to those who buy Easypano software. Just kidding .

Marzo(marzo@easypano.com) will contact with you to chat online via skype or any other tools that can help to contact instantly. Our developer will also assist to solve your problems one by one. Your cooperation would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

No need to send me an iOS device.

Becasue of the near complete lack of assistance with the problems related to HTML5 from Easypano Support, I was forced to go out and spend almost $300 on an iPad Mini

Jack, maybe you need a HTML5 Preview in Tourweaver, like the Flash Preview, so your CUSTOMERS can see what the HTML5 output will look like.

Its would be cheaper than including an iOS device with each program sold, wouldn't it?
