Why is ther no Navigation Bar in Flash Full Screen View

Why is ther no longer a Navigation Bar in Flash Full Screen View?

I reported this problem FIVE MONTHS AGO

http://www.easypano.com/forum/6/8062.html

And other than being told "Thanks for your feedback. I'll take your demand to our developers" you've not explained why the Navigation Bar that was ther in version TW 7.8 was removed.

Even worse, you have explained how some one viewing a tour in Flash Full Screen is suppoed to get to the next image.

Was it your intention they would just be stuck there???

Here's the email reply I got yesterday

Sorry for the late reply due to Chinese lunar new year holiday ,we are outof the office from Feb.16~Feb.25.

During this period of time, the e-mailreply may be delayed.

I will talk with our developer about the issue as soon as they go back tothe office. And then get back to you.

Under fullscreen mode, if you want to move from one image to the next, youcan:

1.add hotspot or buttons, then set the action to be link to thenext scene

2.use Thumbnail

3.Use right click menu

If you have any other questions, please contact with me.  My Whatsapp is+86 18580840323.

The problem is

1. Buttons don't appear in Flash Full Screen View

1b. Adding a Hotspot or Button to 4 Special Images and 50 Still photos is huge amount of work, when there was a Navigation Bar in the Flash Full Screen View in TW 7.8 that for dome reason, still not explained, was removed

2. Thumbnails don't appear in Flash Full Screen View

3. Unless my customers already know about the Right Click Menu, how do you suggest I tell them??
