That is it! The zoom factor of the user. I found it to be the reason for this mistake...

If there is Zoom 90% in FF for example - then this strange look appears.

Any solution how to prevent it?

Hi Frank, sadly not. You have to bank on the fact that the end user has teh screen not zoomed. You could always have a pop up warning at the begining of the tour.
