Where is the support?

There seems to be very little input (if any) from EP since Cheer left!

EP; when can we have back the level of customer support that Cheer gave us?

When can we expect a new bug fixed release of TW7?
Regards,

Paul.

I had the same problem.

I took off the slicing.

I reduced my panos from 8000x4000, to 5000x2500 ctrl shift alt s in photoshop and reduced the quality to 70%.

Doing those steps will reduce your panos to 1.15mb more or less with out losing quality.

See this TOUR

This takes about 30 40 seconds to load. has over 30 panos and map.

Hope that helps

Brazil,
I doubt that youre procedure is the best way to make panoramas. But thank you for the advice!

about the slicing, it is a shame it did not work in xp either. wonder how panozone did.

I think EP turned off the slicing entirely in the new TW update, if you turn it on and save, the project automatically is turned back to turning slicing off when checking the publishing settings. I guess it is one form of a solution.

Hello Jack,

Great to see Easypano back contributing to the forums again. This forum is very important to us as a way to discuss EP software issues and generally communicate with you at Easypano. Everyone has a lot to gain especially Easypano, so I look forward to your regular contribution. Oh and welcome to the forum (and Easypano!)

Regards,
Willie

Hi, willie

Just like what you mentioned, the forum is also very important to easypano. Please feel free to talk about any issue, and my colleagues and I will provide our service with pleasure. Suggestions and solutions would be raised ASAP.

Regards

jack

I'm arrived on this Forum only 15 days ago, so after Cheer left. I don't know who is him/or her. I can only see that there was some support from Easypano when Cheer was here, reading forum posts.

I never had, since I arrived, any reply from EP support. Only bugs and problems.

There never seemed to be much support overall anyway - certainly not on a pro rata to the ridiculously overpriced cost of some of the products. This seems to be one of the most lonely and unaddended forums I have been on. Certainly the only posts I have had answered are by keen fellow users. Most queries just seem to be blantantly ignored by Easypano. I am currently using the standard version (I also use panoweaver) - there is no way I am going to invest the additional hundreds of dollars on a `Pro` version with this level of support. I also agree the products do seem very buggy with lots of forced closure etc.

To be objective when I have contacted easypano directly I have always had an quick response (within 24hrs) but as yet never had a positive solution provided to issue presented.

When are we going to see a stable version of TW 7? TW7 version is a complete failure with a lot of bugs. It is not serious to market a product like this. And now we are left without customer support, this goes from bad to worse.
