It's gone very quiet for any input from EP! We even have 3 day old spam on the forum site!

That would be because I have been away for 2 weeks on business and it would appear I'm the only person who does anything!

I'm back on deck as from today 22nd April 2012

I will keep this thread alive until we get satisfactory support from EP!

WHERE IS THE SUPPORT? WHERE ARE THE BUG FIXES AND UPDATES FOR THE SOFTWARE? WHERE ARE THE ANSWERS TO ALL THE QUESTIONS ON THIS FORUM FROM EP?

I, like many others have invested in EP's software up to the point of purchasing TW 7, big mistake!
Regards,

Paul.

Hi all,

I agree with you completely Paul. TW7 Is very buggy. I have downgraded back to TW6.5. A few features less but A lot less problems.

Funkens. Try what i said. Dont say i doubt it before trying it.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion but give it a shot. Maybe you can advance on it and make it even smaller without losing image quality.

But from a cubic of 17849x845(5.82mb) to a Spherical of 5000x2500(1.15mb) with the same image quality and 3x faster loading times is pretty damn good.

Hope That Helps

Since cheer left. this forum has been sort of a ghost town.

Really now it is just the users, that are helping each other to the best of their knowledge.

Jack is part of the "easypano team". i say that between apostrophies as his depth of knowledge in his answer are to be less than admired IMO......

OH well.......Its Tail between legs or try to use KrPano. Personally my knowledge of cooking which is 0 is better than my knowledge of XML computing language. xD

Looks like im stuck in this boat

Hope That Helps

I've been reading this forum along and unfortunately I have to agree with most!

I had heaps of problems and sent a few emails to support@, buit since it took too long and as most I also had a deadline, I had to downgraded mi TW to the 6.5 version....

I also belive they should test the product a bit more before they get it out there, but since its done already, I don't have any problems on testing and sending the bugs that I find as long as they answer in a decent timeframe....

I also belive they should give us both keys, so we can keep tsting TW 7 but when needed use the 6.5...

Thanks all!

Hi,

I  sent a support ticket request (12857) to EP on the 25 April.

Since then I have heard nothing, if they wish me to upgrade to TW7 then they should reply quickly.

If any of you are like me and utilize the/a previous working tour and do a Save as giving it a different name
Be careful because it can leave remnants of files and images from your old tour in your new tour thus Bloating the size of your new tour

I've done a File - Optimize and now the 8000x4000 images are working in the tour again.

Give it a try and see if that fixes any of your issues.

I found this out because I was sending a project to EP and the size was Huge!!! after researching I seen files and images from previous tours My Bad
After removing these files it has fixed a couple of my issues.

Do this especially if you save theses as templates to use over and over again

Don't make my Mistake
