No Loading Image in Flash VR

When I upload an image as a Preloading image, it does not display when published in Flash VR when I publish to Flash SWF it works fine. Is there any reason for this as at the moment all my tours load with a blank screen and only a laoding bar. Please can you help.

Check your image size I've found that TW7 doesn't like 8000x4000 nor does it like sliced (in publishing options)

Change your image size to 6000x3000, 4500x2250 and turn off slice and see if that works for you

The Image is a small logo, only 637 x 169 and only 144k. The scene images loads fine, it's just the PreLoading Logo i'm looking for.

Is it not displaying locally or from your server?

Do you have a link? Access to your project? I haven't come across this issue.

Yes, it is important to only use English 0-9 a_z in file naming.

Always avoid spaces, gaps, special characters, non English  letters, accents, parentheses, brackets and symbols. Stick with 0-9, a_z only.
