Tourweaver 7 - poor / long loading time

Hi,

this is my virtual tour

http://manilarealestate.ph/virtual-tour/1002/flash/manilarealestate_1002.html

filesize is 1,5-2 MB per pano.

i work with 5000x2000 px pictures

i sliced my pictures

used 85% blured slices

but the loading time is poor. with 3mbit connection per pano i have a loading time

of 30-40 seconds.

i am a little bit disappointed about easypano tourweaver 7. i spend just to much money.

we tried the competitors software.

same picture setup with a loading time in about 10 seconds.

i really need support here. i really want to work with the easypano software

since i like the UI and everything.

thanks

34 seconds to load in Australia 1.5mbps.

17 seconds for the other.

You are one file level deeper on your Tourweaver tour when compared.

Easypano encryption may be slowing it down. That and the fact Easypano decompresses differently.

That few seconds isn't a big deal, atleast we can see it's doing the download and in the meantime we read your loading screen/advert!

Hi all, I'm experiencing the same complications (using the currently newest update) with increased loading (up to 200%) compared to previous versions. I urge easypano to fix the issue with slicing images and putting previous downloads of TW.

Hi, i have the same problem and i have a suspicion that the hotspots are responsible for this.

...because the same tour runs very differently with the hotspots or without them.

I have the latest update of Tourwaver 7.50.130204

Easypano can you check this?

Thanks,

Michele

After many tests, i found that the problem with slow loading is the "blur and gray slice display - option at publish" or if you use panoramas 8000x4000px and larger. Those 2 option convert the panoramas to many small files and do the tour loading much slower.
