Dear customer,

Could you provide us with more detail? (in screenshots showing where the issues are)

(Note, please check the detail to confirm since any err in the above information may lead the failure of testing of the project)

What is yourproduct version (for example, Tourweaver 7.7 131017 is the latest by far)

Is your Operating System Windowsxp/vista/7 (32bits or 64bits)?

It is suggested that you send us the project and the folder(contain every file in it) with it; we will check it for you. Please send your project and the folder (contain every file in it) to easypanofile@gmail.com via www.wetransfer.com.

The Tourweaver 7.7 is still under the beta version and our developers are working on the HTML5 tour:

I'm having a similar problem, but with internet explorer 10 in Windows 8.1

Html5 tours were working fine on internet explorer 10 before the last windows'release (windows 8).

It's happening with all my published html5 tours, any version of TW I published them. We know we must prepare to windows 8.1. Every other browser shows the html5 tour fine, including IE 10 on windows 8.

Could Easypano help?

This might explain my problem. Our Flash tour is very close to launching, so am turning my attention to a stripped-down HTML5 Tour, but ... no matter what I do ... even just creating the most basic tour with one scene, the tour appears to start loading and then stop. I get the loading screen and the loading bar goes to 10%.

TW7.5. I've tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

I am having the exact same problem. HTML5 fails to load. It freezes on the splash screen displaying "loading resources"

Hey guys,

we faced quite the similar problem. Then we found out that we have written our picture files with some capital letters inbetween, which doesn't work. If you have done the same the solution for your problem could be to rewrite all the filenames of your pictures in the published folder and only use small letters.

Hope it will work then.In our case it helped...
