Easypano Please Monitor The Forum

Easypano,


It seems as if there are periods of time when no one seems to be monitoring the forum.  It will go days or a week with no reply from anyone at easypano.  I know we can post a service ticket, but that is way more work than letting you know the issues we are having via the forum. Thank you for your understanding.
