Preview loading failed (in Html5)

I've published a tour in html5, but I get this error message "Preview loading failed!" and no photo is shown. I tried to open th tour with Firefox and Internet Explorer.

You can take a look:

http://stilidea.altervista.org/savoia_html5/index.html

Can you see that?

Thanks.

Rosco,

I am experiencing the same problem.  When I publish a tour in .HTML5 however I get a "SCubicSphere.exe" error.  When launch my tour all the images show the same Preview Loading Failed! error.

Do you get the SCubicSphere.exe error at all when publishing an .HTML5.  Everything works perfect in flash format.

The photos are in the "scene" folders; one copy for each photo under Flash and 3 identical copies under Html5

No upload problem

I moved the old project here:

www.fotodesign2.vacau.com/savoia_html5/index.html

Please take a look to see the error message. In the preview window, I can see the first "frame" while it's composing, but pano doesn't rotate and nothing works, so the tour is completely unusable.

Have you ever do some modification such as deleting the Chinese prompt?

or any other modifcation?

And please tell me your version number and send me the publshed project.

Hi.

I had this problem and it was because because I gave the names of the scenes in the project, punctuation marks (accents, hiccups ...)

Helen,

thanks for your help.
It is an old project done with an older TW version by a friend. I tried to re-publish it with v7.80 demo. No mofification was applied. What do you mean deleting Chinese prompt?

Scenes have regular names, no special character has been used (no accents, hiccups ...)

Please tell me if you need the project as published in html5 or as .tw file and its folder, and I'll send you that via wetransfer.

Thanks again.
