White Preview Window Issue

Hi...

Yesterday; I had downloaded the latest (Trial) vesion of "Tourweaver 7.96 Standard Edition for Windows" from here

After installation; I ...

_ Ran the application as a trial.
_ Opened the sample project
_ Tried to make preview in 2 ways... I hit the preview button on the main toolbar OR from the File tab on the main menu...
_ The result was a bkank white window...


Somewhere in the forums; a statement had been said that the problem due to flash player, and it must be updated

In the pdf manual it had been said (Adobe Flash Player 10 or higher supported)
I tried both Flash Player 10  &  Flash Player 18 (the latest one)
But; NO WAY... the Preview Window still white (blank)

My story with Tourweaver in breif

- In 2010;  a friend of mine made a project with Tourweaver 2 OR 4 (Can't remember) almost was using Flash Player 9
- For a year ago; I tried to use Tourweaver... but face the same (White Preview Window Issue), and since I couldn't fix the problem I decided to leave it till developers find a solution...
- Yesterday; I tried again... but again with the same problem...

I hope there is a solution... :)

Dear Cadviz,

How about the published result? If only preview window is blank, it is suggested to download the flash player for IE fromhttp://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html , since the default browser of preview window is IE.


If it still doesn't work, please let me know. I'd like to do a remote check by teamviewer, are you able to use that software? Besides, we are in UTC:+8:00 and our working hour is from 9:30~ 18:30, considering of the time different, please let me know when you are available and your teamviewer ID and password then.

Hi Marzo;

Although my preview window was blank; but I was able to publish...and run in my browser (mozilla Firefox)

So your suggested (advice) to download & install the flash player for IE had fixed the problem and now I can watch the tour through the preview window with pleasure before publishing...
