Text added to hotspots getting cut off

I'm switching my tour over from Flash to HTML5 optimized. It's a large tour with lots of stops and arrows to guide viewers.
Because (of course) I can't use rollover text hints in HTML5, I'm just adding text to the hotspot.

Sometimes when I save an publish it appears I have success, at other times, I lose part of the text as if the bounding box is cutting it off.

I have Text Align set to Bottom. I've tried both checking and unchecking the "zoom to scale with FOV." See test sample below ... second line gets chopped off.

Any suggestions?

Looks like I'm not getting responses to this one. I have no clue why this happens. The best I can tell ... to get it to work, I need to quickly click through some of the scenes before hitting save and publishing (I have 125 scenes). That seems to get me a virtual tour where the text is not cut off from the hot spots. Glitch in the system?

i had that problem too, just put the text on one line, never use word wrap!

Thanks, Mark. (My "little tour" has over 125 stops and arrows going everywhere. I've tried to make the text directions for the arrows to adjoining scenes as short as posible, but just can't avoid the two or three lines with out them getting really long. So, for now, I just click through all 125 scenes before I publish. For whatever reason, that seems to do the trick.
