HTML5 and Video

Next up. I've searched the forums for the answer. I am unable to get video to work in my HTML5 tour. It works fine when I publish and view the tour via a web browser using the files stored on my computer. However, when I FTP to the server and run the tour, I get the dreaded, "Your browser does not support this video tag."

I'm including a screen shot.

Is it not possible to include video in an HTML5 tour? I thought I read it was, but perhaps I am wrong? Should I give up trying?

Hi Tom,

In html5 format, it's supported to add videos to the main window and pop up window, not in scene.

As we talked through online chat, please send you project file to support@easypano.com via www.wetransfer.com when you have time, we will publish here and upload to our test server to test and find out what's wrong.

You can use "save as" option under File menu to save your project file, please send me both the .tw file and the folder you saved.

Thank you!

Best Regards,

Marzo

100% our error. Our administrator (it turns out) had it set to not allow upload of MPEG4 via FTP. Working like a charm now. Thanks!
