i guess for real estate is less than 100.

for custom work...people's price varies depending on the tour, location, scenes, skin, post work, etc.

i know dave did a nice breakdown of one of his custom projects in mex and that might help u.

ok guys... I was thinking about advertising, and claiming that I'll do free panoramas.
I will do only four QTVR panoramas with my logo in the bottom.

if anyone want more than that, removing my logo, or intrested in a complete tour, i'll be charging then.

My friends think its a stupid idea, but I'm thinking it might help in advertising my self (since i might get many replies + my logo will be on their panoramas) and the second thing is i'll be able to practice on them. Also I will use the panoramas as demos for my website (still got nothing from a nice place to show!)

seriously, what do you think?

another question...
In panocube, is it possible to protect the panorama from import? Cuz I'm afraid someone would import my panoramas, remove the logo and use them.

thanks a lot.

I'm doing about 6 a week, I just started about 2 months ago. The market is really fast right now here in arizona, homes are selling within the first week they go up for sale, all the customers im getting right now are selling homes for more than 500,000. I'm trying to get commercial jobs but have had no luck, just going by word of mouth now. How do you market your business?? Here is a link to the last tour I worked on

Hi there virtualsv. Ur imagery is good. How much can u charge for a larger tour like the on shown?? Point of crtique: how lareg are the image files??? I'm getting a bit of screen judder which points to large files/viewer size. Also I dislike the fact thatthe map is under the pano. This makes the map function ineffective.

Hope u don't mind the comments... ;-)

In UK as agents charge a % fee, we add another 0.1% on to there fee so each property varies between 100 (minimum) and 1000 (maximum) average is around 200 per property. by adding a % on to the agents fee, they can include it in there cost or can offer it to there clients as an extra service. Most of our clients just add it on to there costs.
