Thanks to Dave & Markus.

This was never gonna possible for me to finish up this final pano with up/down perfect.

Here are the URL's of my fist pano and would like to get comment and suggestion to enhance.

http://www.cybervox.net/pano/index.htm

Image has not yet been taken with that pofessional level with lighting and perfection. this is my test pano for stiching perfection.

Again i am verymuch Thankful to Dave and Markus.

wasnt sure if it was my Java but with the qt mov not showing left me wondering if the source files had been uploaded or place in the same folder.

This is what shows in my Java console

Hi Mak, A QTVR that size should be less than 500k (unless you need to zoom in a hell of a lot.) this is a full screen one and its around 800k. Try knocking down the jpeg compression and making the image about 1500 x 700px in size, that should reduce the file size a lot.
