Its idiots like these what are totally messing up this industry. for example how much would it cost to get an experienced photographer to take one good quality still image?. I wouldnt get out of bed for $12.95. These idiots must be VERY desperate.

agreed. Realtors for the most part will be able to see through the scam..but I know a few that will jump right in.

Been gone a few days due to computer problem.

I'll totally agree that there are Realtors who would jump on this like a hound dog on a june bug. The industry is beset by people who cannot establish a unique selling position so they use whatever they can to get more clients, especially if it doesn't cost much.

The longer I'm in the real estate business, the more I think so many fellow Realtors are in real estate because 1. Wal-Mart wasn't hiring 2. their area already had enough used car salesmen.
