Why could it be that when I open PW4 to start new work, I can wait upto 4 minutes to change to the new folder on my hard drive? I have recently replaced my PC with a Dell machine (2GB of ram and fast processor) once stitching commences, it is done in seconds. I do not have any problems at all with other software.

When I open PW4 it only takes 21 seconds to scroll through the credits.  Loading the images (4 single images [30mb each] takes about 20 seconds.  Stitching takes about 3 1/2 minutes.

Dell Dimension 8200  2.8ghz cpu 1gig ram.

Thanks for your comments. I will try re-installing to see if that helps - let you know later.
