I think this is a bug although I haven't seen anyone else comment so perhaps no.

In Panoweaver 4 I am importing a Panoramic Image to add a floor.gif.
I resize the floor image up to 45 which is the maximum size. This covers the tripod cap and more but when I export the image as a QTVR the floor.gif is quite small.
I've resized the floor.gif frequently but it always gets exported at the same size.

This has been pointed out before.

This is not really a problem if you have a small tripod/panohead to cover. But!

What you can do is! Convert your panorama image to cubic.

Add the tripod cap using Photoshop etc.

Bring the image back into Panoweaver and either make your movies straight up or convert the image back to spherical and then make the movies.

Regards, Smooth

I had the same problem and I found out that if you stitch your image after having imported the floor image, then import this saved panoramic image, your published tour will look ok with the floor image covering the whole black hole.
