is ther any way to play .ptv file without any html creation?
i mean to say is there any standalone play who supports .ptv file to play ?

By virtue you need to play this file in a java applet, to use a PTViewer java applet you need a HTML page. You can view images with viewers but it will not be in .ptv format so there is no point.
