.ptv is only a derivative of a .jpg (combined with a preview track) file to be played with Panotools ptviewer applet. What you are asking for doesn't exist.
It is not a commonly used format and because it is limited to only small panoramas (in viewing size) it will not get the attention. Most have moved on from this technology.
Unless you plain to use Spi-V (Shockwave)
The only thing I can think of is PTexe and this would make for more work and not something that would make viewing your panoramas easier.
I suggest you view your .jpg's with DevalVR viewer and then when happy convert to .ptv if you plan to continue with this format.
