Big job tomorrow   I will be doing 5-7 pano's while trying to upsale a complete virtual tour of a local fitness center.

I usually do all hosting for my tours.  This will be the first time giving the the tour to the customer to host.

Question is this, do I inform them that I will continue to host or do I give their webmaster the code from the tours.  If I do the later will I wait on full payment before sending the code. 

I am leaning towards hosting the tour with a watermark layer while they proof the tour.  I will be collecting 1/2 the cost after the shoot tomorrow and the other 1/2 after tour has been produced and oline to their liking.  Is this the way to do it?

Our proposals and contract require 50% deposit prior to shoot and the remainder due on delivery of final tour.  When you deal with larger companies  there will usually be a delay in a check getting cut.  You need to make sure you have a signed agreement....and a little blind faith.  If you are dealing with a reputable company you should not run into any payment issues.  If you do, you have a signed contract to take any legal actions necessary.
