 Hello!

I noticed that people say that it is good to have the exposure AE locked when takeing shots for a Panorama. When I take my pictures in Manual Mode, the AE lock doesn't work. I have a Canon Rebel XTi. In the instruction manual, it says that the AE lock is working for the Creative Modes only. Then how am I supposed to lock the exposure in manual mode? Am I missing something??

Thanks

You dont need AE lock if you're shooting in manual mode (as I do on the Rebel). By shooting manual the exposure will not change between shots which is exactly what you need.
