The University of California at Berkeley, World Wide Panorama Event web site is now public.  This is the 14th event since inception March 2004.  The 360 panorama display is valued because it shows us diversity and commonality of people, places around the world.

This site is a collection of over 3000 panoramas taken by 800 professional and first-timers photographers from more than 70 nations.

This event theme was "Community"

Here are 4 photographers in Texas.

Yes, I did notice quite a few entries from China.

NOW THAT WAS TRICKY -  GREAT !!!

2 images in 1 - 1/2 of the panorama photoshoped into the other 1/2.  I had to look real close to see the blended zone.  Excellent expression method of showing the similarities between the two neighborhoods.

Thanx Dave!
I have been learning about layers / masks/ blending stuff the last weeks. Guess the effort pays off, and so does my optical mouse. Should have bought one long time ago..

Every moment is a learning experience. What have I learned today? What have I taught today?

We upgraded to PS CS3.  We use Win XPpro.  Found out that Microsofts's wireless 6000  keyboard and optical  mouse has driver issues.  The keyboard works great.  The MS 6000 mouse has driver issues with PSCS3  so had to move back to a wired mouse.
