When you publish a pano there is an option for fullscreen on the qtvr tab but nothing for flash.

Can you make a flash tour open fullscreen by default?

Also, when I have a flash tour published at a pre-determined window size and then switch to full-screen mode in flash, the control bar stays in the same location? What can be done about the toolbar so it is not displayed in the middle of the screen?

I'm using pw 5.0
