I would like to give credit where's it's due to the EP support team.
I needed to activate a second copy of PW5 on my laptop for an important assignment but could not because I had not transferred a license from an older pc I reformatted the hard drive on. This was my fault, but within a few e-mails and 20 minutes I was up and running with the problem sorted.
