http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280223935929

I'm not accepting offers outside the auction. Thanks.

Assume you have permission from Easypano to transfer the license? Otherwise the purchaser will lose the benefits of upgrades, discounts and support. If so, it will be a great buy for someone.

Regards, Smooth

I can't find any information regarding Easypano prohibiting the transfer of a license to another party. Since the software itself allows for license transfer from one machine to another... and I can't find any information where it says this is prohibited from one user to another... I don't see any reason to think this is a problem.

Almost all software companies allow the transfer of a license to use software from one party to another. As long as the new party agrees to the same terms in the license.

Does someone 'in the know' have better information?

I would like to know the answer to this also.  I bought the Studio suite 2007 that included panoweaver but I now use another stitcher program that I like better. I am not going to bad mouth panoweaver or advertiser the competition, it is just my personal preference.

I have not tried to sell it because I do not know if it is legal, but since I no longer use it I would really like my money back from it.  Anyone know the answer???
