Please tell us more about camera, lens, image types (jpg, raw, tif 8 or 16bit?? ) you are trying to stitch... how many ?

What version of Panoweaver are you using ?

That would be the DCR-5000 ?  Which is a camera wide angle lens adapter 0.5x.

When you visit Raynox web site see DCR-5000  0.5x image

http://www.raynox.co.jp/comparison/digital/comp_fz30.htm#dcr-5000

Panoweaver 5 uses only circular or drum type fisheye lens images similar to 185 degree Raynox DCR CF185Pro Circular Fisheye.  Scrollup and find CIRCULAR FISHEYE.

You are probably trying to stitch wide angle lens images using the PW 5  FULL FRAME fisheye lens taken with Nikon 10.5 lens.  The 10.5mm lens is 180 degrees field of view as measured diagonally across the image.

The Raynox 5000 is a wide angle lens with a field of view less than 180 degrees.

Panoweaver 5 only can stitch images taken with a 180 degree field of view.

This reply probably does not help... but we tried to explain the issue.

Hi 360texas thanks for replying ... yes it is the Raynox DCR 50000.

There is an option in Panoweaver 5 for "Wide Angle Lens + 6".

I take 6 shots at 60 degrees..it seems to be working fine.

What would be the best stitching software for a wide angle lens?

I was actually able to fix the problem, i just changed the order of the pictures and it worked fine.

Thanks for the help though.

Normally we use only a fisheye 4+0, I had not looked at more options.  I promise to do better next time.

I am pleased that you were able to resolve your issue.
