Hi there
I submitted a ticket over a week ago and heard nothing...then sent another one in asking what had happened. Just wondered if there was something I'd missed about EPs ability to reply to emails right now?
Thanks

Did you receive a ticket number ?  If so what is the number?

Better yet, what was the topic ?

Hey Dave - sorry about the lack of info - was tryin to organise a party for 90 12 yr olds at the time...cant multiask to save myself!

Here it is...

Dear Robert Howie,

Thank you! You have just opened a new ticket in Easypano Help Desk. Our support team will contact you in a work day. Below is the content of your ticket.

Ticket ID: 6748
Subject: RAW (NEF) File in PW5 does not work
Description:
Hi there
I'm trying to open NEF files in Panoweaver 5. These have been taken with a Nikon D300. When I click on the NEF files to make a panoramic scene, they all come up looking like black rectangles with some yellow and red dots.
Please advise.
Many thanks

Hey there

I sent off the NEF files on Monday (I think)...still waiting for an answer (although Genseng very very helpfully solved the problem I was having with PW on diff comps).

Will let you know when I get an answer. I didn't get any confirmation of the files getting there but there was no 'it didnt send' type email mailer demon thing so I'm assuming they all got to EP.
