I updated over 6 weeks ago and Panoweaver does not launch. I am running Mac OSX Snow Leopard. I have repeatedly tried to contact Easypano and have received no response. I am disputing this charge with American Express. I am frustrated that no one at Easypano has even taken the time to acknowledge this issue. Has anyone experienced/solved this problem?
I have been trying to launch Panoweaver 6.0 on my Intel based Mac running 10.4.11. I cannnot get it to run and am not getting a response from the "support" people. I have left countless messages and e mails. Is there something that I need to know?
