Maybe Anyone can help me?

Two weeks ago , I bought the coolpix 4500. It's definitely different from the 950!

I still struggle to find the correct settings to use for my panoramas.

When I read the topics in this forum, I believe the best setting for the coolpix 4500 Should be:

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

Shooting menu

White balance: Set to AUTO or I set it for each location

Metering: (is automatically set)

Continuous: -Single

BSS: -Off

Image Adjustment: -Auto

Saturation control: -Normal

Image Quality: -Fine

Image size: -2271 x 1704

Usersetting: -3

Image sharpening: -Auto

Lens:  Fisheye -1

Exposure options: -AE Lock ON

Focus option: -AF Area mode Auto, -S-AF mode Continous

-

-

Noise reduction : -Off

Pictures are taking in M mode and set shutter speed apeture manually.

ISO: 200

And F5.3

 =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

Are these the best settings or does anyone know better settings?

I’m very curious towards your reactions!

Kind Regards,

Harry.

The settings will always vary depending on lighting etc, but that sounds fairly OK. exactly what sort of problems are you having?

I had some difficulties with the use of the Exposure options: -AE Lock ON. Very big colordifferences between different shots. I did't have these problems with my coolpix 950.

The problem was a operational error. I did thing in the wrong order.

I'll experiment with the examples given her above.

TIP:

In the Panoweaver manual,- http://download.panotech.com/pw_manual.pdf-

You'll find a great explanation on page 18/28 !!

Kind Regards,

Harry.
