Is it me or is there a bug in PW7 for Mac? When I try to add a control point I see the zoom window but there is no cross hair for placing the point. This is for both image windows. I see a cross hair in PW7 for Windows.

Also, I can't see how to export a spherical image (JPG) at anything other than a single default size. This is despite changing the sizes in the Panorama type drop down list and selecting any of the other defaults or even a custom size.

Regards,

AB

Finding a MAC user might take a little longer.

Sorry I can't help.

The crosshair issue is Mac specific but the spherical jpeg export issue is cross platform. I'm seeing it on both Windows 7 and OSX.

You are setting the required/desired size before stitching right?

Yup setting the correct size. Did some further testing and looks like it's linked to stitching images without EXIF info from the Samyang lens.

We are seeing stitching issues as well with images from this lens where there's no EXIF data. You can repeat this testing by stripping EXIF data from a "good" set of images that had EXIF data included. The good set stitches well and can set the file size, the set without EXIF data has problems.

I stitch Samyang 8mm Fisheye images just fine (in fact full automatic) but you must enter the HFOV at around 100 before stitching and also you can select either Fullframe or Drum so long as the HFOV is set to 100 or whatever you know is accurate.
