What version of Quicktime are installed on your computer, version7.6.4? In fact, it is a bug of Quicktime, which can be found in the official web of quicktime at
http://lists.apple.com/archives/quicktime-api/2009/Sep/msg00077.html
, in the version 7.6.4 of Quicktime upgrade, qtmldll is missed, but which will not affect to view the published QTVR from Panoweaver 7.00.
Now the only problem is Panoweaver 7.00 users cant publish into QTVR with Quicktime 7.6.4 upgrade installed, so we recommend you to find a previous version of Quicktime, and then you can use Panoweaver 7.00 to publish QTVR virtual tours.

I think QuickTime will fix this small bug in the close future, hope you can understand.
