Hey guys,

For our residential shooting we have decided to go with the One Shot Optic by 0-360.com.  We tried doing tours with the fisheye method and have done great quality, but only after far more time than I wish to spend for a residential tour.  The One Shot will dramatically reduce our time on these, and we will still offer the full 360 x 360 for those clients who desire it.

My question is:  Is there a way to make virtual tour EXE work with panos that are a 360 x 115 (I believe this is right) FOV?  An initial run doesn't look good, but I thought maybe there is a way to tweak it.  If not, does anyone use other methods for distributing a stand-alone tour?  I'm not sure the rules about posting other software in here, but if there is that would work, please feel free to PM or email me.

Thanks,
Steve

A possible work around (though I've never tried this) is to put ur one shot onto a equirec. blank pano. EXE only works with those. So by having the same format with a say white equirec image and then adding ur 360x 115 could possibly work. This would of course leave a white border abover and below...

otherwise, check out Imatronics software package that'll let u add one shot images and will output .exe and a complete tour all in one. http://www.imatronics.com

This software works pretty well (if somewhat buggy) and is cheap.

i was thinking maybe i shoulda put this in the EXE forum.  oh well, this one's always more active anyway.  Thanks for the tip and reference phoenix, I think the Imatronics should work just fine with those One Shot's.
