you should make your client test the virtual tour on other computers in his office or home.
oviously the problem relies on his pc. and when he sees that it's his pc, you establish that is not a problem with your tours/service.
you should state on your work order taht your tours are guaranteed to work in "IE 6.0 with JAVA enable with Virtual Machine". something along those lines. this way you're not spending hours trying to resolve his pc issue (with a hard headed/difficult client).
